At the same time, a change in the distribution of accumulated funds is also provided: 30% will be directed to the development of children's, youth and mass sports, and 70% – to support elite sports and professional sports.
They want to deprive elite sports of betting support
The State Duma Committee on Economic Policy proposed to exclude elite sports from the list of sports areas that will receive funding from betting fees. According to the members of the committee, the draft law adopted in the first reading does not comply with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation.
